Eugenia is a vacation apartment completely renovated in 2024 that is one thousand meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Procchio and two thousand meters from the beach of Marina di Campo. This well central location allows guests to choose each morning according to the wind whether to go to Procchio to the north or Marina di Campo to the south. The location of the house is very quiet and enjoys a beautiful sea view of the Gulf of Marina di Campo. Eugenia is part of a small complex of private apartments, the house is a on small poggetto that allows you to see the sea from both rooms. From the provincial road the apartment is reached by a well-trodden dirt road.
