MIMOSA

Mimosa is a three-room holiday apartment  located in San Piero, a small village set on a granite spur  at the foot of Monte Capanne, with a dominant position over the plain and the gulf of Marina di Campo. The village has left the physiognomy of the ancient village unchanged where you can walk through alleys, streets and characteristic terraces that recall medieval architecture.

The Mimosa apartment  is located in  a quiet position  and in a few minutes by car you can reach the renowned  seaside resorts of Marina di Campo, Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia.

Mimosa is a three-room apartment which is part of a farmhouse which dates back to the 15th century, probably the second oldest house in San Piero. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa and television, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and dining table, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, second double bedroom. One private parking space in front of the property. Air conditioning in all rooms. Outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. In front of the house we find an external courtyard with a small garden, shared with the whole farmhouse. The apartment is ideal for families with pets.
