Salita Ulivi 2 is a three-room apartment in a complex of terraced houses, surrounded by greenery and located in a dominant position with respect to the center of Marina di Campo. In addition to the beach of Marina di Campo, it is possible to reach the more secluded beach of Galenzana via a pedestrian path of about 400 meters.

To reach the house you pass through a small and narrow street in the historic center between bars and restaurants, the small street in the evening is very crowded. The road is not suitable for large cars.

Marina di Campo is one of the most famous towns on the Island of Elba for its long white sand beach, mostly free and partly equipped, and the quaint old town animated by bars, restaurants and shops.
