Just a 5-minute drive from Villa Ritter is the town of Marina di Campo, where there are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, a pedestrian street for evening walks and little bars where you can spend an aperitif or listen to some music. or a restaurant by the sea where you can enjoy the evening.

The closest beaches to Villa Ritter are:

–Colle Palombaia, suggestive and wild, about 300 meters long, is made up of gravel and sometimes sand. It is surrounded by steep granite cliffs overlooking the sea, ideal for snorkelling lovers, it is located about 250 meters from the villas and can be reached by going down the private dirt road inside the property or accessible from a public staircase located 150 meters from the property.

–Cavoli the most famous white sand beach on Elba, frequented by young people and lovers of sunbathing out of season. It is located 2 km from the property

-Marina di Campo, the longest fine sandy beach on the island, in front of the town of the same name, perfect for families and children as it slopes down very gently. It is located about 3 km from the property.

In the shared area, available to guests from 1 June to 30 September, there is the charming infinity pool with sea view surrounded by a wooden-paved area equipped with deckchairs and external showers with hot and cold water.

Villa Ritter Maria is a unique and exclusive living solution, consisting of two bedrooms with independent access and a totally covered outdoor common area. From every point you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. In the first block there is a living room and a kitchenette hidden by a large wardrobe. The living room leads to the first double bedroom equipped with a bathroom with shower cubicle. From the bedroom and the living room you can access a covered and furnished sea-view terrace which joins the common area. In the second block, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined. The room is equipped with a dressing room and bathroom with shower.

The covered area, from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view, is equipped with a built-in kitchen and a large multifunction sofa made with nautical materials which allows you to eat in company or relax on the part with the cushions.

From the sides of this common area there is access to the two main blocks of the villa. Shared with the other villas is a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden paved area and equipped with deckchairs and external showers with hot and cold water. A parking space available a few steps from the house.

Each villa has a parking space available, the access road to the villas and car parks is granite and could be difficult to access for sports cars.
