We will apply the following protocols and behaviors to ensure the health protection of both our staff and our clients.

CLEANING AND SANITATION OF APARTMENTS

CLEANING WITH CERTIFIED PRODUCTS APPROVED BY OMS AND INSTITUTE SUPERIOR SANITA’

• The cleaning of the apartments is carried out following safe operating protocols
• Operators who carry out cleaning work are trained in the necessary procedures and equipped with all the necessary clothing and protective equipment (PPE)
• Sanitization activities are carried out using virucidal products certified for coronavirus and approved by the Ministry of Health
• Unsanitized cloths and fabrics will be removed from inside the apartment
• Linens that will be rented as an additional service, will be packaged, to avoid contamination

FURTHER SANITIZATION BY OZONATION

available at the request of the customer with a cost ranging between 30.00 and 60.00 euros depending on the type of structure chosen.

• Oxidizing and sanitizing efficacy on air and surfaces
• Perfect disinfection even in the most inaccessible places
• No consumption of disinfectant chemicals (only air and electricity are needed to produce ozone)
• Leaves no secondary chemical residue, does not stain and does not wet. The ozone system is absolutely ecological and natural: the ozone obtained from the oxygen in the air is transformed back into oxygen at the end of its cycle (after about 30/35 minutes) without leaving any traces, unlike chemicals that can lead to toxic and harmful by-products.
• Elimination of bad odors

In Italy, the ozone disinfection system has been recognized by the Ministry of Health (protocol No. 24482 of 31/07/1996) as a natural aid for the sterilization of environments contaminated by bacteria, viruses, spores, etc.. and infested such as mites, insects, etc..

Here is some information about ozone: Ozone is the triatomic molecule of oxygen, an unstable gas composed of three oxygen atoms (o3) present in the natural state in the atmosphere. It can be artificially created by the breakdown of the oxygen molecule by means of an electrical discharge. Ozone is a powerful oxidizer and therefore allows to destroy bacteria, viruses, fungi and other organic agents very effectively.

The immediate effect after using the ozone system is a completely deodorized environment with a pleasant and clean atmosphere due to the immediate destruction of airborne substances and bacteria.

CHECK IN

• Only one person is allowed to enter the agency premises at any one time.
• A totem with disinfectant gel will be made available to customers
• Protective plexiglass bulkheads will be installed
• The personnel in charge of handling the paperwork will use disposable gloves

In order to minimize the time required for check-in procedures:

• We recommend that you pay the balance by bank transfer at least 15 days before the date of arrival
• If you wish to pay on site, you will have to come with a completed check and/or with money already counted in advance
• We will require you to send in advance by email personal data necessary for check-in
• All information documents useful for your stay will be sent by email a few days before your arrival
• Keys will be sanitized before delivery

CHECK OUT

Keys can be left inside the apartment.

OTHER MEASURES TAKEN

• All employees of the agency are informed about the hazards of COVID-19 so that they can safely perform their jobs and adopt universal behavioral methods to reduce the risk of contamination within the workplace; staff are also available to provide information to guests about the company’s prevention policy.
• We will inform all incoming guests of any regulations to which they will be subject during their stay
• Our officeis subject to daily cleaning and periodic sanitation. The operators who carry out the cleaning work are trained and equipped with all the necessary clothing and protective equipment, and the sanitizing activities are carried out using products in line with the provisions of the standards, circulars and ordinances issued by the Ministry of Health.
• Staff and co-workers have at their disposal hydro-alcoholic solutions for hand washing.
